Message frequency varies and depends on your case. Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Check your plan if you are unsure.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts. You may also call us at (561) 833-4388 or email us and ask to be removed.
Stopping texts does not cancel your bond or any obligation under it. We will simply reach you another way.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on a text message alone for a court date — always confirm with the court or with us.
If you give up or change the mobile number you gave us, tell us right away. Numbers get reassigned, and we do not want to send messages about your case to a stranger.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you gave consent is the version recorded with your signed application, and that is the version that governs your consent.
